At an nhien retreat, we believe taking rest and relax is a good way to escape from the stresses and allow you to regain control of your life. It helps to discover your inner self and find your peace of mind. The retreat also offers you the opportunity to look better and deal with struggles in the best way. We designed this relaxing space for you to hang out during your fast, meditate, join us for daily yoga classes as well as widen your knowledge with a full library of fasting, nutrition, alternative medicine, and spiritual literature.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient art of self-development, used for thousands of years for physical health, mental well-being and spiritual fulfillment. The system is complete and comprehensive in its nature, utilizing body, breath, mind and spirit as tools for transformation. Modern practice involves mainly asanas (postures) and breath to build good health and harmonious functioning of the whole being.
The meaning of the word yoga is to ‘join together’… the body unites with the breath to develop the mind and spirit, creating a unified and integrated person.
Daily yoga classes are complimentary for guests of an nhiên retreat. However, we welcome everyone that wishes to join as well.
Fee per person: VND 120,000++ per person or VND 700,000++ for 7 pre-paid tickets.
